I’m on my second month of these and I’m already seeing some new growth and have less shedding. I have baby-fine hair and also have thyroid disease so also have thing patches throughout. I’m happy with the results so far…my only complaint is it’s a little tough for me to take 4 pills at once (as recommended)…need lots of water to get them down!!

Make sure seller is from nutrofol when ordering. These are the real deal and helped my hair grow longer. You need to take them daily to see results.

I've been taking this for about 4 years. If you are a senior, be sure you get the right one. It makes it grow longer but not much thicker.
