Better than the original.
These are way better than i expected! More cushion than the original. The cold feature is cool even if it doesn't last forever. No issues installing them other than me breaking a clip removing the old cushions. Those things really are stuck on. But the adhesive on these seems to be great haven't budged even missing a clip. Highly recommend.

Finally!!!
I was planning on getting rid of my JBL headphones because the ear pads were so worn out. Pieces of the ear pads were ending up inside of my ears..yikes. I wasn't aware they could be replaced until I found these. My husband installed them and he said they were a stick on just like the original, you just had to be careful when removing the old pads to not break the clips. Anyway, they fit nicely and are very comfortable and I get to keep my headphones. These JBL ear pads are not as noise cancelling as the other headphones I have, but they are 1000% more comfortable. Will buy these again in the future.

Feels just like the original
Like many others here, my JBL E55BTs' ear pads started flaking; this was the perfect replacement. While it takes a little effort to peel off the old ear pads and the glue, the whole replacement still only took a few minutes and, once done, the headphones look brand new. While it's annoying the E55BTs still have micro-USB, the charge still lasts plenty long enough where this felt like a great investment.

Good purchase
The old ones were a little difficult to get off but it just takes some time. The replacement pads fit perfectly. The foam is soft breathable unlike the factory fads.

Cool looking, comfortable, durable. You will need a flathead screw driver or butter knife or something sturdier than the little piece of plastic to take off the old pads.

Look and Feel
This kit brought my headphones back to life. Perfect fit easy to do and I didn’t have to buy a new pair, I preferred to fix my deteriorated ear pads.
