It will make you fall asleep easier but doesn’t keep you asleep. If you are waking up in the middle of the night, you will continue waking up. I tried it for 2 weeks; after 4-5 nights, it didn’t make me even fall asleep.

This is my second time buying this supplement. The first batch worked like a charm. This batch however affected me differently: it kept up! Maybe it was just a bad batch, but I'm not buying it again and I would caution anyone who is thinking about buying this rather expensive supplement.Update: The seller addressed the review above and I was satisfied with the recourse we agreed upon. I started taking this product hoping it would help me sleep through the night. It makes me sleepy, I fall asleep faster, and if I wake up I go back to sleep faster BUT it gives me horrifically vivid dreams/nightmares. I’m talking if I wake up at night and open my eyes it takes a few minutes for me to blink out of my dream and see the real world around me. I have NEVER experienced dreams like this before and a few days after I stopped taking them the dreams have gone back to my normal can’t remember them when I wake up dreams.

Finally a natural sleep remedy that works! Love this product and now I sleep so much better at night knowing I am not using so many chemicals and medications to do so.
