The flavor

I purchased this as a gift for a kiddo. He really wanted to try the sour apple and it didn't disappoint. He was happy with the whole package and enjoyed it.

Much like the hard candies, the amount of sour in the sour candy is extremely lacking. I can barely detect the malic acid (sour agent) in the soda at all. Basically just soda with a silly face on the side. Tried dunking the candy in the soda for better sour. Didn't help.

A little expensive, but worth the try

Not sure about some of the other reviewers experiencing flat or mild beverages but I thought these were great. Watermelon - 9/10, Best flavor and really unique. Could be a little more sour. Green Apple - 8/10, This one is a classic and didn't disappoint. I wish the flavor lingered a little longer like the watermelon. Black Cherry - 7/10, The cherry flavor wasn't as distinct as the first two but it was still pretty good. Blue Raspberry - 8/10, Really liked this one but it tasted a bit sweeter than expected. Lemon - 6/10, I thought this would be the most sour but it wasn't. Left me underwhelmed and wasn't very memorable.

They taste nothing like a warhead and it didn’t even have enough carbon to be a soda
