Good quality. I only use the stronger ones and they are very useful. In 5 different colours representing different tension levels. Very nice package and includes a carrying bag. Also includes an user manual and exercise demonstration. Overall I'm very satisfied.

These are fabulous resistance bands so superior to the normal type. They stay in place when doing my Pilates exercises that require more resistance. They are great quality and definitely value for money. I would definitely recommend anyone who uses bands to replace their old ones for these. Have their own bag to keep them tidy in your workout bag too. Thank you for a great product.

For basic arm and leg exercising I find the bands useful in exercising at home. Instruction book very helpful too and spending a few minutes can be worthwhile if used well to help with personal fitness.

I am new to using resistance bands. After trying it for 2 days, I am loving it. I liked the fact that the bands are colour coded plus have the weight written on each strap. This way you can easily mix and match to your desired level. It comes with the bag that you can take anywhere you want. It also comes with exercise instruction that you can follow on how to use the band and which areas to target. They are worth the value for the money and are of very good quality. I definitely recommend anyone who are new to using resistance bands and even if you have used in the past, to try these out!!

I bought this product to help with my exercise routine since my gym is no longer easily accessible. I've only used it a couple of times, but I am pleased with the flexibility that it adds to my normal bodyweight exercises. In my case, it made sense to buy these bands rather than spend much more money on pull-up bars and other exercise machines. They seem durable and they do scale in resistance (though I haven't tested them to see if they are exact). Overall, this product meets my needs at a very affordable price.

These attractive bands arrived very quickly. They are very strong. The resistance is high so have only managed to use the lightest one so far. They are very comfortable and don’t pull on the skin while wearing or donning and doffing. And great price!

These resistance bands are durable and good quality. They do not slip or roll off when using. These resistance bands really do work the glutes. When incorporated into workouts I can really see how effectively it is working and looking forward to the positive results. A bonus of these resistance bands is that they come in three different sizes which accommodates all body types. There are also a few fun colours to purchase from, although I just picked grey and black. I have even recommended this to my friend as I love that the material is a stretch cloth verses the elastic bands! I am very happy with this purchase.
