Will it work with PS4 controller?

Absolutely does not. I have tried it with multiple working controllers and I tried it for my pc and ps4 and both does not allow the device to connect to play with

Will this work for Galaxy Note 4?

Does it work with kindle fire tablets?

I use it for my Samsung S5 Android phone & my Fire HD 8 Tablet | 8" HD Display, 16 GB. Not sure if that is the same as your Kindle Fire.
