There are good herb roots included but not enough....
I've been taking this but not really experiencing any relief from it. The root herbs are good but not enough mgs of most of them but I am pleased that boron is included as this helps tremendously with building new structures. I don't see Amla or silica either which is very important to help bone build itself and repair itself naturally.Unless the correct herbs are given and a substance like bamboo power, which is full of silica, healing won't really ensue. Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) is also very important to this process and this is not included either. I'd like to see better, more helpful ingredients in supplements which are produced for healing bone, joint and cartilage.

The Best Joint Relief Supplement
I started taking these to help out my joints from constantly running and lifting throughout my days. This keeps my joints strong and gets ahead of any possible knee injuries before they happen. No more pain and the results couldn’t have been better.

Common Supplement
I am not a doctor so I take my words with that in mind. I did not notice a tremendous amount of relief taking this, but then I have been in a lot of pain and might need more than a supplement like this can provide. I do know that my former rheumatologist recommended chondroitin and glucosamine (not this particular brand). To my limited knowledge such products are well studied and safe. (Although side effects can occur with almost anything we put in our bodies. Some clinical trials with glucosamine and chondroitin have discovered heartburn or abdominal pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, headaches and allergic reactions.) The chondroitin dosage seems very underwhelming at only 200mg.* There are some additional ingredients additional in this product like Turmeric & Boswellia. The price comes out to $1.33 a day for this 30 day supply. I would like to add I liked the fact this ad copy pointed out Lab Tested / 3rd Rarty Certified. The supplement market is often sketchy, and I eagerly looked to find the name of the "independent lab" in the text. All I could find was obviously stock photos of people in lab coats - which conveniently had no names on them.Should you take a supplement like this? Some people do report feeling better. But many do not! There was a study by The American College of Rheumatology in 2016: "Combined Treatment With Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine Sulfate Shows No Superiority Over Placebo for Reduction of Joint Pain and Functional Impairment in Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis." I know, that rolls right off the tongue . . .Robert H. Shmerling, MD, with Harvard health Publishing summed up the study this way: "A 2016 study of glucosamine and chondroitin enrolled 164 patients with knee pain due to osteoarthritis and gave half of them a combination of glucosamine and chondroitin; the other half received an identical placebo pill. The study was stopped early for an unusual reason: those taking the supplement actually reported worse symptoms than those taking a placebo. This raises the possibility that taking glucosamine and chondroitin might make your joints feel worse than doing nothing."* According to verywellhealth: "The starting dose for most glucosamine chondroitin supplements is typically 1,500 milligrams (mg) of glucosamine and 1,200 mg of chondroitin daily for one to two months. If you start feeling better, you can reduce your dose to 1,000 mg of glucosamine and 800 mg of chondroitin per day." So this particular product only gives you 200mg of chondroitin - 1/6th to 1/4th of that common recommendation.

Almost as good as the oil I used to order for my dad that helped his knees a lot.
It seemed to take a few weeks for this to kick in, but my creaky knees seem to be a bit better. My dad took an oil-based version of the Chondroitin and Glucosamine it helped him a lot. I think they even made the stuff for older dogs to take which is a good testimonial that it works in my opinion. I used to order a drinkable flavored version of supplement called "Joint Juice" and had good results with that. I like this almost as much and it's less expensive. Note, these supplements do not work if you are bone to bone, that requires a knee replacement. However, if they are not that bad, it will help grow back the cartilage padding as it tends to wear naturally, and so it normally grows back, this just helps it. If weight or overuse is a problem with your joints this is a recommended supplement.

takes the place of two supplements, seems to ease pain
I have been taking joint supplements and turmeric supplements separately for some time. This combines the two together so you don't need to buy both if you have this one. I cannot say for sure that any supplement will have its intended effect on a given person. It's not the same as medication as it just provides the building blocks for your body to make what it needs to heal/perform more effectively. I have faith that this was helpful for me. When I took it, my joint pain during exercise was noticeably reduced so I think the anti-inflammatory effect was in play.I was pleased with the ingredients in this supplement as it has complementary elements. There is piperine to make the turmeric bioavailable and both chondroitin and glucosamine which tend to be more effective together than as individual supplements for joint pain. The capsules are easy to swallow, though you do have to take them 3x a day with meals which I wasn't necessarily happy with as I don't like to take supplements with breakfast in general. Also, it means one bottle is a month's supply so this is a bit questionable in regards to value compared to more economical options. These didn't cause me any stomach issues or gastrointestinal distress.
