This is my favorite pen so far. Sharp and pointed. I bought this not realizing that it is a multi color pen. I just thought that it is a pen for one color with refills of black, blue, and red. Imagine my surprise when I opened it and it's a 3-colored pen! I have the same pen that can hold only one ink. But since this arrived, this has been my go-to pen.

So I’m a new pen connoisseur, and lately I’ve been using a .38mm pen I found here on Amazon (small business). One day I was scrolling and saw that there was Uni Jetstream .28mm pens! I decided to order a few to test out, however, one of them came with no ink! I was bummed out but I saw these refills and purchased them. Order came fast! It comes in a small box with each ink cartridge INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED. The tips are protected with the plastic holder “thingy” for lack of a better word. Simple, minimalistic packaging. The pen is 5 stars itself. Smooth writing, gliding on paper effortlessly. It’s fast drying. Looks like ballpoint pen when it dries, if you are one to see “jetstream” and believe it’s a gel pen. I’d definitely procure these pens and refills again in the future!I bought the bundle with the white and red pen, with black refill and the sticky notes.

Love, love, love these pens. Write extremely fine, and dries quickly without smudging. I write all day long in my work, and this is the pen I have been searching for.

Great pen i got this one as the 3 color one is a bit bulky.

I am an avid pen enthusiast and a nurse with that being said, I’ll add that I have tried and bought pens from a variety and range of Parker, Zebra, Cross, Tornado, paper mate, Bic, the famous space pens, Waterman, , Uniball, EnerGel, Pentel, Sheaffer, Pilot, Scrivener. I’ve even contemplated purchasing a Montblanc but it was to thick of a pen for my like. The finest ball point I was able to find was 0.5mm and I used Pilot recycled pens for the longest time until I found the Xeno 0.38mm on Amazon and have used it for years since. I stumbled upon this pen and love the fine point of 0.28, the oil based ink is 90% smooth, the pen feels sturdy and comfortable as you write, it has performed as a high quality pen. I love that I don’t have to worry about leaks in my pocket, I hate gel pens so I have stuck to the oil based pens Xeno until I found this gem of a pen. I am left handed, write small and not so neat so this pen makes it easier for my writing to be legible which can be critical for when I’m writing notes/report for work.

This ink pen and refills are not worth the cost. It DOES skip while writing drawing as another reviewer had mentioned. It has happened to me on most surfaces and especially on bristol plate surface ink clumps built up on the tip and deposits at the end of your line as a noticeable black DOT! I am new at line work so maybe I need different drawing techniques. It is a shame because the weight and feel of this pen is comfortable and lightweight!Another reason I purchased this pen is because it stated the ink was very dark black, but my cheaper Uniball Signo .28 mm is darker and does NOT clump at the tip! This Signo .28 is not quite as fine in size as the Jetstream, but is a smoother draw... in my limited experience.

The theory is great, but the actual realization of what this is isn’t ideal.Functionally - The switching colour mechanism is easy to use and I enjoy flicking between colours. But the writing and ink flow inconsistency is infuriating.I find myself trying to write, getting frustrated switching colours, and still having to grab a different pen to get what I need done.
