Excellent replacement piece
Got this to replace a plastic clamp and it’s great. Easy to tighten or release and does what I need it to.

Good solid clamp for desk lamp
Used this new clamp to replace a plastic clamp for an otherwise almost entirely metal desk lamp that has been in service for >20 years. Used a digital caliper to ensure the new clamp would fit the existing lamp. Has been in use for a few weeks now and the clamp is stable and works well. I'm not sure how this metal clamp would break without suffering really unreasonable stress. Nice product.

Shockingly well built!!!
I went into this with fairly low expectations, but I needed it for the secondary angle option.WOW!!! I was surprised with how well it kept together, LOVE that the bottom screw on has that padding because it does help to keep things stable and not move around.Only thing is that I wish the mechanism that keeps whatever arm im using in, was more sturdy instead of the standard cheap screw method, because that will eventually, sadly not last.Everything else about this is absolutely fantastic though!!

Saved my mic setup!
I was about to get an entirely new mic arm, and noticed the main culprit for my setup falling apart was the clamp. Instead of getting an entire new mic mic stand, I decided to try this out.I can’t recommend it enough! It’s way less damaging to my desk, and way less expensive than buying an entire new mic arm. Easy to use and you can tell it’s great quality.

:/ Pretty great solid item
Unfortunately it will not fit my blue yeti arm boom. Was looking for a replacement but the hole is smaller than the male connector for the original yeti mic arm.Overall it’s a high quality item. So I will still rate it a 5 star.

Catastrophic Failure
The one failure that was advertised as not possible has occurred. Extremely poor quality and exactly the failure they advertised against. This product is NOT recommended. Look for something else that meets the quality you deserve
