I was surprised at how good this cast iron griddle plate is. Used it for the first time last night as I wanted to cook sea bass and prawns, got hot very quickly and is a great addition to our outdoor cooking. Cleaning under a hot tap no problem at all.

The first thing i will say is that the style of this skillet is sturdy and you can feel that in the weight.It feels like a quality product ,also for those saying it is starting to rust after one use ,yes cast iron does that you just need to Oil it using vegetable or cooking oil.Keep it in a dry place and gently spray oil on it when you go to use it next , more than happy.

I bought these to go on my gas bbq to help keep it clean. Unfortunately they do not fit as the measurements are excluding the handles. I have a forge nearby so took them there and they have removed the handles so they do fit my bbq. Great product and love the fact one side is a griddle and the other is flat for cooking fish etc on

left on bbq overnight with lid on bbq and in the morning it was covered in rust, keep in a dry place or its gonna rust really quick

The grill was used to cook bacon but when it was washed afterwards it went rusty!!I would have preferred to give no stars but this was not possible.

Sturdy to say the least but all in all excellent value last a lifetime
