I have searched far and wide for a good sleep gummy and was thrilled to finally find these. I get them on auto ship so I’m never without them, I believe that of all the brands out there these are the BEST! They make you sleepy without side effects and taste great!

Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don't know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.

Long military career so I’m used to getting only a few hours and being good to go but my issue has always been actually getting to fall asleep. I take 2 like the bottle says and about 30 mins later my eyes start to go and I’m done. Melatonin has always left me feeling more tired in the morning. I have a routine I do before bed. The melatonin does its job to help with sleep which is the important thing. I have other Goli vitamins in gummy for and I like them. These were not as I expected with the reviews saying stuff like "great" or "good" for the taste. I understand that there are other ingredients besides melatonin but I didn't think it would taste bad. It is a tolerable taste - that is the best I can say. I didn't think much of the comments that said gummies stick together because I know they do! But these are STICKY, kind of slimy so they stick together. The slime feeling is less tolerable than the taste somehow. I'll finish this bottle (maybe) and then find a different melatonin to help with sleep.
