The reason I purchased this. Was because of the brand name? As I have used other products under this brand and and always. Happy as it turns out, I love this fish breading and use it on everything. I think it is outstanding and very easy to use. The flavor is awesome, and it Cooked to a golden brown without any burning.

This is what brought tofu back!!! Crumble or slice tofu coat with this makes it taste like fish. Fish wrap with tartar sauce and lettuce. I have used tofu for years no matter how I prepared it same old story was ready to just give up. Best shared secret!!!!!!

This is a great price for a good product. I have used a couple of different "Louisiana Fish Fry" coatings and they have all been good. This is by far the best price.

Too spicy for me. I wasn't expecting that. But it definitely won't go to waste because of a friend and my son who are both great cooks.
