Hello! Sizing info is in product key features (below the color options). This muzzle is available in one size. It is intended for dogs with such measurements: A - 13", B - 4", where A is circumference and B is the length of dog snout. Circumference is measured at the base of the snout (usually it is the widest point). Length is measured from the point between dog's eyes to the tip of the nose.

It is not removable. It just appears that way due to the seams. By the way, even if your dog is a heavy painter and drools, this dries quickly and retains its shape!
