Works well!
Used this in my airsoft goggles and shooting glasses. I add some before the match and after each match. It keeps the fog away for the majority of a round (30 min) but must be reapplied. I ended up selling out a bit extra for an ex-fog unit. Now that is definitely worth looking at. This solution is a great option for the meantime. Great value, fits in glasses case, great quality (better than rainx!!), easy to apply, no eye discomfort, versatile.

Pricey but it works, mostly
My eye dr recommended this for preventing fogging while wearing masks. I’ve relied too heavily on my contacts simply because I couldn’t wear my glasses with a mask. It works, mostly. For a few of my pairs of glasses it does great, but for a few it doesn’t work at all!? I’ve noticed that lenses that have an anti glare coating it has not worked for me at all.

Gently wipe!
This works fairly well in most situations however when wearing mask in very cold fogging occurs. Be sure to use per instruction otherwise it does not work.

Works, but doesn't last
Good news is that it works. Applied per the instructions, went outside in the cold wearing a mask, and when I came back inside - no fogged up lenses! Bad news is, the next time I cleaned my lenses using a microfiber cloth, the anti-fog protection came off. So, it works well as long as you never have to clean your lenses.

Disappointing
I was hoping this product would work really well, but it did not perform any better than other products that I have tried. It performed no better for me than home remedies such as Dawn dishwashing liquid mixed 50/50 with hydrogen peroxide. I have new AR lenses in my glasses and was looking for something that was safe for them. This product is probably safer for AR lenses than dawn/peroxide, but did not perform any better as far as limiting fog. I prepped my glasses lenses and binoculars with disposable Zeiss lens pads and after they were dry applied "No Fog" per manufacturer's instructions. I still had significant fogging issues as did my brother. The product is pretty pricey so be aware that it may not work as well for you as you would hope.Additional: I have used this product on multiple occasions over the past week. Today the temp is 37 F and the relative humidity is 69 percent. I applied the product twice within 5 minutes on freshly cleaned glass lenses. I am not wearing a mask. The lenses fogged immediately after application. Spit, Dawn and the oil from the side of my nose works much better. Product is worthless. Save your money and clean your glasses with plain water and you will be just as satisfied.

If you are a photographer, and your viewfinder keeps fogging up because you are wearing a mask...
I am a photographer, and I shoot High School sports for the local newspaper. When sports finally started up again in the High Schools after being shut down for over a year, I started shooting football games. Due to protocols, I had to wear a mask while I was shooting. I found that every time that I exhaled, the warm air came out of the top of my mask, and fogged up my viewfinder. Needles to say I tried different things to try to stop the fogging. I tried tape on the top of my mask, and that didn't work. I tried using my saliva, but that was kind of gross....then I found Fog Stopper, and I no longer have fogging issues. I keep the bottle in my camera bag in case of emergencies. It is very easy to apply, and worked several times before I had to reapply.

Great for swim goggles!
After I finish my swims I put just a couple of drops on each lens and rub it around with my finger, then I put the goggles in the case to let the solution dry on the lenses. When I swim again I wipe the lenses with a cloth and I’m good to go. If your a lap swimmer having goggles that don’t leak or fog is a big deal. After swimming for an hour having clear goggles is a pleasure and this works!
