The grip has adjustable strength levels. The handles are just a little small in diameter. They unscrew sometimes as you squeeze. Still a great product.

The grip is reversed so by design it slips out of your hand when you squeeze down. Not to mention the bars are extremely slippers. Very shallow knurling and painted over to a slick finish. The quality is very good but horrible design choices.

Great value compared to buying sets of individual grippers and the weights are pretty close, only gripe is that the threads can come undone if you hold it a certain way.

I love this grip strength tool, and love that it's adjustable. I bought these to use while I'm working at my desk. I love that you can increase the resistance once you get better at the lower resistance. Great price too, compared to other similar items. WOD Nation provides great strength and conditioning tools for a very competitive price.

The lowest spring is tough enough to start out with. I'm 63. I was always very athletic. But the last 5 years have been tough. A number of physical conditions have changed me. But, I'm getting back on the right path starting with getting my hand strength back. I've had the gripper a week and in about two weeks, I bet I'll move up to the next spring. Great improvement.

This is has to be a record on how fast these things broke. As soon as I took it out of the box and threaded the handles on, the metal threading broke (they are glued on to the resistance coils) and now it is stuck inside one of the handles.

The second spring of five (150-lbs) has failed. The threaded insert that permits the handles to be attached has become loose, causing the spring to be unusable. It will be hard to advance my grip strength in that I now have to jump from 100-lbs to 200-lbs. I’ll try to return for a replacement of the same set because it is an awesome product.

Item broke after a couple uses. The grips are glued. And this glue is very weak. The handles just spin. Updated, Spoke with the company and they mailed a new one right away. They are making the right. I will update after the new one arrives!
