Nice to be able to drink your coffee while it is still Hot. I love the size and it seals firmly. No leaks. I bought the white one. I don't know how long it keeps your coffee Hot. I can tell you it remains Hot to your last sip as you drink it. I haven't used it for traveling yet.

17 oz to the rim and fluid leaks when lid is applied.Leak proof, yes! Mine is used daily for a week so far. Can’t say how the seal will stand overtime.Hot temp retention, it depends. I consume my coffee within the hour. The last 3 oz is luke warm, albeit the spout is open all times.

This was for my wife, and she tested it out immediately. Put hot coffee in it and closed the lid. It was six+ hours later that she opened it, and the coffee was lukewarm at that point. So we are happy with it.

Found a solution to keep hot beverages hotter. Cold steel interior will start to cool hot drinks as soon as you fill the cup. Before filling with coffee, hot tea, etc...fill cup with hot water from the tap and let sit for a while to warm the interior of the cup. Empty, then pour your hot beverage in the cup and seal. Works for me. I like this cup a lot.

I am really disappointed in this purchase.I am a paddleboarder and love to take a warm drink out with me and have a break in the ocean.this doesnt even keep the heat and it also has a little metal taste.my lips dont feel comfortable as it is a very thin rim and a bit sharp.not happy with it just my honest opinion.I would have returned it but I missed the window.

I bought this Travel Coffee Mug, 17 oz to take with me to work since our coffee maker at the office stopped working. I am a coffee sipper, so I take a drink here and there throughout my morning and so I wanted a coffee cup that would hopefully keep my coffee hot/warm for a couple of hours. This cup said up to 6 hours so I thought I'd give it a shot. I make my coffee before leaving for work which is about 10 min away. By the time I have gotten myself situated it may have been about 30 min. The coffee is nice and hot. I start to get busy and I am sipping on it here and there and next thing I know it's been about 2 hours since I have made the coffee and it's cold. Not luke warm, cold. So as for keeping hot drinks hot up to 6hrs. Well, for me my "up to" was less then 2hrs.I have not tried to see if it keeps cold drinks cold so not sure if it works better on cold drinks then hot yet.I like that the top of the cup is a screw on so I know it's nice and secure and no leaks. And I like that the drink hole has a tab you can open and close so it's better secured as well too.The cup is wider then I thought it would be, but it's not to hard to hold with an "average" size hand.It also has a rubber on the bottom of the cup so it won't slide around which I like as well.Would I recommend? I guess if you're a fast coffee/tea/hot beverage drinker it should stay warm enough for you to enjoy. But if not, maybe not so much.
