Yes it definetely would, but it can't be more than 122mg since there's 8 ingredients at 981mg total. But I will say, the combination of said ingredients can produce more benefits than single ingredients alone. Also look at price factor, if you can buy all ingredients separately, then do so. If not, use this product at highest or lowest dose depending on your need.
