My old nebulizer still worked, but seeing it was darn near 20 years old, I thought it was time for a clean, fresh updated unit. Wish I'd have bought this one sooner! This nebulizer is great on the wallet, and is a bit quieter than my old one from Philips. My breathing symptoms come and go... there are days where I don't need it at all, other days, more than one use is needed. What I REALLY LIKE about this unit is the innovative volume control valve! Once the medicine is placed within the holding cup, the control valve cap goes inside and easily snaps into place. Now, you have the OPTION of controlling how much air comes through to the mouthpiece by simply turning the built-in dial on the top of the cap - it will allow from a very minimal flow which results in a slow-moving, very fine, wispy mist, to a full-blast, wide-open flow if that's what you like.Why is this important to me? Well, if you're like me and I imagine most COPD sufferers are, it takes a long time for me to exhale completely before I'm ready to take in another breath. So, that whole time with my old machine that had no volume control, I'm seeing my medicine get wasted into thin air before I'm ready to inhale again. Plus, I like to take my time and inhale slowly and fully. To each his own, but for me, this is a game changer. I'm able to control the air (and thus medicine) flow to my liking and comfort level, which can be varied at any time while using - AND I'm undoubtedly saving medicine in the meantime. Win-win! Kudos to the maker on a great product!

I am very happy with this nebulizer. It’s compact, easy to set up, and works efficiently. The mist is fine and steady, helping me breathe better in just a few minutes. The low noise makes it comfortable to use even at night. It comes with two masks and a mouthpiece, which is great for both adults and kids. Excellent value for the price—highly recommend!

I purchased this portable nebulizer for my family, and I’m very impressed with the quality and performance. It comes with two mask sizes (one for adults and one for kids) plus a mouthpiece, which makes it perfect for both my dad and my son to use. The small machine is very easy to set up and use, just add the medication, attach the mask or mouthpiece, and it’s ready to go. I tried a few times, the airflow is consistent, and the mist is fine enough to ensure the medication is inhaled properly. Cleanup is also simple , the detachable parts rinse quickly and dry very fast.

Does create some noise but not intolerable. Everything else is top notch

I am very satisfied with this nebulizer. My son's nose was a little blocked recently. I used it a few times and it felt good. The machine is also very quiet. The desktop nebulizer for home use is also very convenient.

Easy to assemble and easy to clean. Comes with all the attachments. Works great. Needed as backup for my MIL. Smaller than usual nebulizers.

Coming from the Caribbean where we have so much pollen and Sahara dusk upon us, this has really helped...it works great

This is a great product for the money. Having plug in and battery is excellent for using it home and on the go. Great value
