I looked for the largest amount for the best price and found this so I was happy with the value. It arrived quickly, seemed to be good quality with a nice aroma and flavour, and it certainly helps me sleep well when I drink it in the evening so I'm really happy with it!

Slightly bitter taste, however helps to relax and improve sleep.

The delivery was extremely fast. The product is very good in tea, but needs a fine filter because the herbs are very thin. Also good for smoking, mixed with tobacco, or other herbs.

This tea is amazing; I noticed a real improvement in my sleep after consuming the tea for just a couple of days, and my dreams are more vivid too😊.

Mixed up with equal parts of camomile and hawthorn leaves and flowers for an infusion, it is very good for those people who have dificulty to sleep.
