I purchased the Asalbert Avocado Oil 5 Liters as a replacement for ghee butter, and it worked wonderfully! It handled high-temperature cooking with ease, leaving my dishes perfectly cooked without any burning or smoke. The quality is excellent, and the oil’s rich, smooth flavor really enhances meals. It’s a versatile addition to any kitchen, especially for those looking for a healthy alternative to traditional cooking fats. That said, due to the recent significant price increase, I won’t be purchasing this again, but it was long lasting.

I think it’s value for money but I don’t know going prices on this. Good quality bought as healthier option so assuming paying price for better oil quality. Taste is fine same with smell. Versatile as was great option for my deep fat fryer and lasted a good amount of time. Will buy again

J'utilise l'huile d'avocat car elle a de meilleures propriétés que des huiles plus couramment vendues. Elle est onéreuse mais on peut en mettre très peu sur les aliments ou dans la salade. Je l'emploie surtout dans mon air fryer quotidiennement. Elle ne donne pas de goût aux préparations. C'est parfait !

L'huile a une texture très douce. Elle ne modifie pas la saveur des ingrédients eux-mêmes. De plus, elle dégage très peu de fumées. De plus plus, elle a des propriétés bénéfiques pour la santé. Donc 20 sur 20.
