Good reputable company. First time trying akuamma extract. Boy does it work. I usually take 20:1 and it's convenient at work instead of taking a handful of capsules to get an effect. One little pill instead! I will be getting more!

I bought this to help get off another popular herbal supplement (a leaf from SE Asia they no longer sell on here) and it seems to be pretty good for that - but there's not really any sort of euphoria or anything that goes along with it.

I've tried out a couple things from amazing botanicals and they've been exactly that... amazing! I recently had to have a procedure done where there was no option but pharmaceutical pain meds and due to my past I knew this was going to leave me in withdrawal. There was no way in the world I was going to get that speciosa stuff, been there done that and it didn't end well. So luckily I was able to find this and these are extremely effective! No feeling terrible for a couple days they made things smooth and wonderful. There was definitely an improvement in my mood. I have more energy than I would have normally. And believe it or not they're actually pretty good for pain relief. These two just fine on their own it's not something you want to take everyday but when you need it it's a good thing to have around. The game packaged very well with a lot of cotton inside and that's good because you don't want them to dry out in the air, they'll lose potency. I've tried other things from this brand and I have never been let down. Honestly for what you get the price is amazing this is a very potent extract put into tablet form. This is one of those items I wish I could give six stars to. I highly recommend these to anyone thinking of purchasing. Thanks for taking the time to read my number

Curiosity got hold of me when I saw this offering of Akuamma and the discussion of it's possible uses. As a generally healthy person, I don't take many medications so I'm quite cautious about supplements, but this one intrigued me enough to try.The recommended dose is 1 tablet, so I took 1/2 a tablet one afternoon and watched for the effects. I'm quite sensitive to medications, hence the caution. After about 45 minutes, I realized I could feel the difference already. I was more laidback and calm, enough that I'm glad I didn't take the whole tablet. I probably could have fallen asleep quite easily at that point (thinking I might use them for an occasional hard-to-sleep night), but the effect was not so strong that I couldn't stay awake. Relaxed is the word that describes it best.Very happy with this experiment. I feel I could use a small dose of this when I need to fall asleep or when I'm feeling particularly anxious, but I don't think I would want to drive a car until the effects wore off.I did some research online for the possible side effects. Most mentioned were headaches, but they suggested this might happen at higher doses, so be aware. Do not use if you are pregnant. You might want to research online to understand more about this intriguing supplement.

I have used Akuamma Seed for many years. These tablets used to work wonderfully but the last 2 bottles have given me bad diarrhea. Akuamma Seed actually does the opposite so I know there's no Akuamma in these. They also don't help my chronic pain whatsoever

Grabbed these mostly out of curiosity. I’d heard of Akuamma before but never tried it, and this version seemed pretty straightforward, just tablets, nothing too complicated or messy. Took one in the afternoon on a day that was a little more stressful than usual. Didn’t feel a huge wave of calm or anything dramatic, but about 30–40 minutes in, I noticed I wasn’t as wound up. Like, stuff was still happening around me, but it didn’t feel as heavy. Not sedating either—more like someone quietly turned down the mental background noise.The tablets are small and easy to swallow. No weird aftertaste, which I appreciated. I didn’t experience any nausea or fogginess, but I also didn’t get that hyper-focused, dialed-in feeling that some mood supplements promise. It’s more subtle—kind of like being slightly more okay with whatever’s going on. Only thing worth noting is it can make you a little sleepy if you take it too late, at least in my case. So probably not a great idea before doing anything that needs high energy. Overall, not mind-blowing, but not bad either. It’s the kind of thing I’d keep around for off days when I want to feel a little more balanced without going full zen mode.

I was very interested to try Akuamma for its analgesic properties and it seemed to help, and I did not experience any side effects. I have daily pain, I suspect I have lingering neuralgia from shingles in my right side, and I also I push myself every day, resulting in achiness at the end of every day. I avoid NSAIDS, they make me feel so sick, instead I’ve been using a a vibrating heating pad and taking a GABA supplement which has helped. I tried Akuamma by itself it helped some, and then together with GABA and it helped a lot, I was even able to do without the heated massage, and still without any side effects whatsoever. Akuamma is a bit costly, and not as easy to get, but if it keeps helping I will try to order it again if it’s available as I strongly prefer natural herbal relief. Pain ruins my mood and zaps my energy, I find it energizing and uplifting when I get it under control. The tablets are small and easy to swallow without tasting, it’s very convenient and seems to be a strong effective dosage.
