Two keys are included with the item.* A power supply port is equipped to operate the safe when batteries are exhausted. Typical mini-USB connector (not type C) is used with conventional 5 V DC. The cable is included.* The safe comes with metal wire to lock the safe somewhere, and the safe can be fastened through two screws (screws are included).* Process to record fingerprint is quite easy, straightforward, and accurate. I registered four fingerprints now, and the manual says the safe supports up to 32 fingerprints (not tried more than four yet). Also, the fingerprint reading is not affected by the angle of the finger when touching the sensor, so you can touch the sensor from any angle, for example side ways.* The safe contains a foam support on the bottom inside, and two blue LED lights inside the safe, which are convenient to use the safe. The LED light is not very bright and enough to see inside at night though.* The door opens wide by spring when opened, so that I can access the objects in the safe very easy.# Neutral* Four AA batteries are needed (not rechargeable).# Cons* The keypad supports only 5 numbers (from 1 to 5). This supports security good enough, however, this limits the code to make and memorize comparing with 10 numbers.* The space inside looks little bit tight for me, because it is easier to take object out from the box when located horizontally. The space should fit two typical handguns when organized well.

And this one is discounted at $50 right now. On the other hand you should have realistic expectations and understand what you are and or not getting. The reason is they’re usually the lowest end locks possible. They put in all this fancy stuff for the biometrics But then they hardly put any thought it all into the actual key lock which is always the weak point of these kinds of safes. You almost always get a really crappy wafer lock that is usually vulnerable to a low skill attack that anybody can rake or impression. It is important to make sure you have an external power back up however if you disengage the mechanical lock or you might not get into the thing without destroying it.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best pistol safe I ever had. The setup is super easy and straightforward instructions. I also included a quick video to show you how simple that is. I recommend just keeping the instruction sheet under the foam so you can change it in the future.The size is perfect for the nightstand. I am also considering buying one more to mount on the top shelf in my foyer closet. The biometric recognition is perfect. I tried it so many times in my first two weeks. It never fails on me with one-hand operation without looking. I just put one pistol so there are plenty of extra rooms, but it will fit two full-size pistols without any problem. The blue light will stay on for a little bit so you see in the dark. The beep is so loud, but you can turn it off easily by pressing 3#. If you don’t know the battery ran out, you have an option to plug in the USB to turn it on instead of finding the master keys. A full metal case is sturdy and sleek with a firm form liner inside, this is the best nightstand pistol safe for the price on the market.

Who do I need to contact I didn’t receive instructions with my case

The media could not be loaded. Easy to setup. Instructions were very clear. Sturdy but not as heavy as other guns safes. If not batteries are installed you must have it actively charging to be able to open via the electronic code or with your finger print. Key entry is seamless. Fits 2 guns in safe. Padding is light on the inside. I’m not too fond of the mounting equipment & wont be using that at all.

Didn’t like that it didn’t work .Shame because it was a very beautiful lockbox . And a good price , but just was defective .
