Compact, Quiet, Easy. To Use and Great Results - Cosori Mini 2 .1 Fryer - update 04/18/25
I purchased the Cosori mini air fryer because of its small size. I decided on the Cosori because it’s probably the smallest overall size and I leave my fryer out on the counter. I have used the fryer first time to cook Trader J’s potatoes bell pepper and onion, the potatoes turned out great, onions slightly overcooked because they were cut too fine (delicate) - it will take a bit of learning curve as the air frying temp default is at 400 degrees and what you are cooking. For my first use, I’m happy with the results, it works well. One last thing, the instructions tell you to keep the back of the fryer 5 inches away from a wall as there is a air vent in back to allow proper air circulation, all fryers have similar requirements. There are a few 2 quart air fryers available on Amazon. You can search best mini/smallest air fryers or view a video by “Just a Dads Video” entitled Best Mini Air Fryer 2 Quart Comparison NINJA, INSTANT, COSORI, DASH Back To School. A good comparison of four mini fryers available and has 3 of the more popular brands in the review. The Basket Dimensions (D x W x H): 5.9 x 6.2 x 3.5 in, it’s small but great for single and couple…small but consider what you will be cooking….. UPDATE 09/08/24: I use with the factory settings for air frying, smaller pieces of food brown quickly, you can adjust if you have the same problem, I notice this when cooking frozen french fries. adjust trial by error method to obtain you preference, glad this unit has a adjustment for temp and time to get better results. Overall, am pleased with the performance and the 2 quart capacity. Recommend this product. 04/18/25 Update: I purchased the Cosori in June 2024,, I use the air fryer lightly and it’s performs perfectly as when purchased. Corsair recommends washing after each use, if you wash after each use, this will keep the unit from picking up odors from previously cooked foods and make cleaning easier rather than a deep cleans if left with old oil and food scraps and continue ing to cook next nights meal - it’s easy to clean and highly recommend regular washing, please use non-scratch blue pads, not the green backed sponge… there are people who don’t know how abrasive the green scrubbers are. I don’t know why, but some of my friends don’t wash their air fryers regularly. As I stated in my original review, I decided on the Cosori over the 2.0 quart Instapot because the overall footprint was smaller. This decision was proven out when I was able to purchase the Instapot 2.0 quart for $5 and had the opportunity to compare the two fryers. The Corsori is definitely smaller in size, refer to photo. Though these are both same size (Corsori 2.1 qt - Instapot 2.0 qt. The inside dimensions comparison: The Corsori is “smaller” (6.25 x 6.0 x 3.25 height with tray) to Instapot (6.75 x 6.75 x 2.5 height with tray), Cosori is smaller but taller than and this review update help you decide on what air fryer to purchase. Lastly, the control systems are different, with the Corsori you change temp and time by pressing a button, with the Instapot you rotate the knob to change temp and time, which is quicker to change. The video I referenced in my original review shows the tray falling out when turned over…. The tray stays in the basket via the silicon feet that comes the the unit…not clear why his video shows the tray so loose. Cleaning… search web for videos on cleaning, cleaning inside fryer heating coils and general area will keep fryer from picking up food / burnt on food odors.

This is a life/time saver! Worth every penny!
The Cosori Dual Air Fryer has been an absolute game changer in our kitchen. The build quality is incredible, and we use it every single day without hesitation. The touchscreen is bright, responsive, and so easy to use that even our 6-year-old daughter can operate it without any trouble—it’s that intuitive. The dual trays are perfect for quick dinners. Being able to cook two different foods at the same time has saved us countless hectic evenings. On top of that, cleanup is a breeze. The trays have a high-quality non-stick coating that makes washing them unbelievably easy—most of the time a quick rinse is all it takes. I highly recommend this product and this exact model to anyone looking to upgrade their cooking setup. It’s absolutely worth it!

very small
it’s on the smaller side and i'd never buy it again. it does it’s job and I'm still using it now jan 10 2026 and it honestly still works really well and i love the options of airfry and bake. the airfryer really is tiny and it takes forever making bigger batches of food, i'd say this is perfect for one person use than if u were cooking for a family of 4. perfect for college and making quick easy meals for yourself!

Very nice air fryer/combo!
- Max temps are different for different settings - This air fryer also has a roast, reheat, bake, broil and dry (dehydrate) function. - Has a pre-heat and shake function which are nice. It beeps a few times when it’s ready and says “Add food”. It beeps the same when it’s ready for you to shake. - Comes with 2 crisper plates for the baskets, for better airflow to crisp. Not necessary for every thing but nice for most items. - It’s not loud at all while cooking. Doesn’t smell very much either - Very easy to use after figuring out certain button combos - After reading the manual and doing the test run I made frozen potato skins and chicken fries and they turned out amazing. - Has a 2 year warranty - Comes with a nice recipe book - Super easy to clean, especially after it’s cooled down 10-30 mins or right after with a paper towel. - Love the light setting to see your food, it helps tremendously. You don’t have to open the air fryer to make sure it looks good. - Overall I’m glad we went with this instead of Ninja! - Sync finish and sync cook are nice setting options - And of course, cooks food perfectly and crispy in the air fryer setting and it takes half the time!

Excellent
This is a really good air fryer, that can do a lot more. What I really like is that the pre-sets are all gone and replaced to normal cooking selections. You can now select functions such as bake, broil, and roast and more. You can also turn off pre-heat if you wish to. All the controls are simplified and easy to use, the instructional manual is very well written and will guide you through it. It is an attractive unit and looks good on the counter. The control panel looks good and is slanted and really easy to look at. The buttons are sensitive and easy to depress. The back of it has two main air ducts where the heat escapes from each basket in the rear with a cool plastic block that diverts the air up to the ceiling and not to your wall doubling as the power cord wrap around. Clever idea. Machine should be 4 to 5 inches away from the wall anyway and about 4 inches from the top. You can cook both baskets at once, or use just one. The airfryer will also allow you when using both baskets, to use all cooking functions on each one separately and independent from each other which is great. French fries in one, steak in the other. The viewing windows on each basket so you can see cooking progress is great and no need to open the drawer unless you want to move around the food. It cooks perfectly, actually cooking food a lot faster, so there will be a learning curve for you on your favorite recipes as far as time and temp. Clean up is really super easy. Very pleased of my purchase.

Caution
Great air fryer, but be careful closing it. A small piece broke off mine and now it doesn’t close.

Good Food The Cosori Air Fryer Way
I only learned about Air Fryers about a year ago so I was not in the know about them. The wife was and wanted one so I decided for our anniversary I would possibly get her one if they looked to be worth the money. I checked out many, many modals, types and name brands. After much reading the Ninja 8qt on Amazon looked good with lots of positive reviews, but then I saw and read about the COSORI 9Qt Air Fryer. The Cosori had several advantages over the Ninja that includes a window on each basket, a separate light for each basket, the air is directed UP unlike the Ninja coming straight out the back onto a wall, it is quieter and then there is Price. The Cosori does all that the Ninja can do but with extras costing less and is very well made. The reviews on the Cosori were equal to the Ninja and actually even better. The Cosori won out and is a Great Air Fryer. Food comes out as expected, crispy and done with very little smell, very durable and not to heavy at 19lbs to be on top of our microwave. So far we love this thing. Glad I did the research..

Serious design flaw
PRO-It’s REALLY small and that’s ok for one person. It takes up very small amt counter space. CONS - a serious design flaw- the “working” part of the fryer is so light you can’t pull basket out without holding onto the base- and base is HOT. So no good way to grab basket. The whole process feels a little dangerous for me. I finally put the whole unit on a small lazy susan so I can pull it towards me but still have to get an oven mitt to touch it. Also - no pre heat button. And no mention of what to do. Does airfryer not need to pre heat since it’s so small? Or do you set to cook for two minutes and estimate? Not sure, wish I’d considered these issues early on or I would have sent back.
