Laptop VESA Mount Tray

It works as I expected. I saw some reviews regarding the knobs that the laptop rests on toward the bottom may be feel a bit unsecure since they're made of plastic. But they are quite sturdy and I can't imagine the force needed to get one loose. I feel very safe resting my laptop toward them. The angle of the laptop worried me a bit as well. I have a two-arm monitor stand mounted on my desk and since they are quite high I thought that maybe the laptop would end up in a strange angle. But it turns out it works quite alright. The laptop is safe from coffee spill on the desk and there's no problem using both the laptop screen and the monitor side by side. All-in-all I was happily surprised by how sturdy it is and I feel safe to have my laptop mounted on it.

Excellent quality, easy to install

I've been using this Mount-It! VESA laptop holder for about three weeks and I'm genuinely impressed with how sturdy it keeps my 15" laptop alongside my monitor. The vented design keeps my laptop running cool even during intensive work sessions, and the adjustment flexibility lets me position it at the perfect ergonomic height. Installation was straightforward once I figured out which screws to use (instructions could be clearer). Absolutely worth the investment for anyone looking to free up desk space while creating a more comfortable work environment.

Holds a laptop pretty well for the price. The clamps feels cheap and flimsy, but hold everything in place so far. The vertical position of the clamps and width is adjustable.

I have this mounted on one of my monitor arms so I can store it behind the monitor. It took me a minute to figure out how to orient the clamps and a little effort to click them in. Once I got it set up, it's worked great.

Ok but not great. I have another laptop tray that I have used for years which is better. This one has folding stops at the bottom that are not as strong or tall as I would prefer. I can't allow my laptop to slide off so it will need an added couple of 1/4" bolts thru the bottom to make sure it doesn't. The screw holes are ony drilled for a top mounting on the VESA plate - that is a problem because it puts your screen and keyboard too high. Too late to return so I will just drill some new holes and add Tek screws. I recommend you keep looking for a better version of this stand.

I had a triple monitor setup with the tower for work. They recently replaced my tower with a laptop, I ordered this to replace one of the monitors so that my laptop would be the third monitor. I'm now had it for over 6 months and it's worked fantastically. Highly recommend

I'm satisfied with the Mount-It laptop holder, and would recommend it as a good value. There could be a few minor improvements. The installation manual has a notice in 8 languages on the back page advising to read it entirely. But the instructions have no words, just pictures. They are fairly easy to follow, but some words would be nice, or maybe a link to their website. The side holders can be relocated to leave ports accessible. It would be nice if the location of the bumpers on the front could be changed as my SD card slot is blocked, but it can folded down out of the way. Heads on the mounting screws could be a bit larger as I considered using washers. Designed in the USA; made in China. The warranty card says that customer service is US based, but I don't anticipate calling as it seems well made and holds my laptop securely.

El producto es de buena calidad, solo que uno de los tornillos era de un tamaño distinto por lo que tuve que utilizar solo los tres tornillos restantes.

I needed this to be able to type lying on my back. I'm a writer and my laptop is my lifeline, but I'm disabled with severe chronic pain. I had to use zip ties to keep the laptop in place on this thing, along with an additional clamp at the bottom, and my laptop isn't any larger than recommended. Still, it didn't seem to be any worse than any of the others I saw on here, and much better than it landing on my head whilst trying to work. Bad enough when my phone hits me in the face.

Sturdy metal plate. Some of the side holder attachment plastic clips already broken when taken from package. Probably works fine and keeps laptop inplace with low angles.

IT LOOKS UGLY HAVING A LAPTOP IN THE AIR. RATHER HAVE TWO REAL MONITORS. AND THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS SO I CAN'T EVEN RETURN THIS BRAND NEW PRODUCT.... :(
