Royal Lee Organics Organic Gluten Free Grain Oat Groats 10 lb bag

5 stars: In the last month I have bought 3 different brands of organic whole oats and these are by far the best quality. Mostly whole unbroken grains and virtually zero moldy black discolored grain and very very little foreign matter. No grain will be perfect but royal lee organic is excellent in my opinion. The other 2 organic brands had a considerable amount of unacceptable material at 2x cost.The taste is fantastic too. I will be a repeat customer. The picture shows how I inspect it with a thin layer on a white plate. This is before. “Picking” it. There is only about 2 or 3 grains I might remove and those 2 or 3 are not that bad. With the other products the unacceptable grains were more numerous to the point that I would have to overlook grains like this to get out the really bad ones.

This is a hearty, wonderful meal. My husband loves it with blueberries, cold from his lunchbox at work, just the oat groats and blueberries. I love it hot with a pad of Kerrygold unsalted butter, sprinkle of raw, organic sesame, chia, flax, pumpkin, hemp and sunflower seeds and a few chopped walnuts topped with one Medjool date cut into small pieces and topped with almond butter. I do occasionally trade out dates for bananas and blueberries if I'm out of my date subscription. But let me tell you, this is a nutty, soft, flavorful cereal that hits the spot, esp on cooler mornings. Try the dates on it--they add a chewy, caramelly candy sensation that to me just beats raisins hands down. I am here to order another giant bag of it--which btw, also have to mention--they vacuum seal it so it comes more like a big brick--we then open that and pour the contents into a big rubbermaid container. I might have to get a subscription because we cook this up in big batches and eat it all week long and it goes fast, even though it's just the 2 of us. Great healthy stuff. Your gut and your colon will thank you.

Perfect for Milk, porridge, sweet and savory dishes. Packaged perfectly. When I make Oat Milk I find I don’t sweeten it as I feel the grain is naturally sweet. It’s creamy and most importantly, doesn’t taste like cardboard. Believe me I purchased Oat Groats from many well known brands and all of them stale and cardboard and because I refuse to waste food I ate it all and relieved when I was finally done. 😝🤣🤣 Then, I happen by this company, Royal Lee Organics and stopped my search. This is it nothing but yummy goodness. By the way my daughter has Celiac and is really sensitive, this grain is truly Gluten Free. I highly recommend this Company. The grains I received have been clean but remember this is a grain and grown outdoors if you find a pebble what is the big deal, clean and pick through your grains like you would with all your grains. 🤭

This product is full of the groat husks. It’s a similar feeling you might have if you were to eat scrambled eggs that are full of crushed up shells. I will not but this product again.

Good taste! Toast before rolling to prevent dusty pieces. Eat them raw-tastes like oatmeal cookies. Not a lot of debris, clean and makes great overnight oats.

But really though, these oat groats are now a STAPLE in my household and my 6 and 7 year old kids LOVE them with honey drizzled on top. I put them in the slow cooker with milk and water for 2 hours and leave them overnight. Perfect breakfast, everytime, especially on busy school mornings. Love this stuff.

We love these oats. We like to bilk buy and these are healthy and inexpensive compared to other prices.

I have two parakeets that I make a homemade bird seed mix for, this works great and is much healthier than store bought mixes. will purchase again.
