This pack of 10 accessories comprises of a pair of replacement ferrules to cover the metal tip when walking on hard ground, a pair of snow baskets (not seen these previously but handy for a hard winter) and a pair of mud baskets to stop the pole sinking, shoe shaped feet which are meant to improve your pace for hiking and a pair of clips for holding your poles together ( which personally I do not really see the point of and consider superfluous).These are designed to reduce the shock caused when being used on a hard surface and are made of durable rubber with the walking pole ferrules reinforced over a metal washer to prevent the tip poking through. It is quite easily to lose tips when walking, especially in muddy ground so this is a handy replacement set.

As any keen walker knows, you need a stick. They give you an extra 'leg' on slippery ground and added stability climbing over uneven ground.But even sticks need spare parts and this pack is the ultimate 'pimp' my stick!My stick had been without a rubber tip, lost in the Derbyshire mud a while ago when I should have taken it off first, so the now uncovered metal point was slipping about on anything on-road. So I was just considering getting just a few spare tips when I spotted this pack. It has everything that a stick could possibly need and two of each.I will make sure that I swap out my mud stop for the 'snowflake' designed snow basket when it does next snow. So in addition I now have a couple of spare mud stops and another rubber tip for when I next forget to remove it in the mud.But I'm not sure about the 'boots' (rubber feet). I get that they are for use on paved surfaces, but isn't a simple rubber tip sufficient? Does the stick need it's own walking boot? I think not, but I'll keep an open mind and update this review if I ever do use it.There's also a couple of clips to secure two sticks together which stops them swimming about so much in the boot of the car.I have to say that I didn't pay for this, but I think it's a good pack that will cater for all eventualities, stick wise. That said, I do think that at £9, it's a bit too much for what it is really, but you will have to be the judge as to whether you think that (or a lower price if they read this perhaps?) is too much.

First impression and application:👀 These parts are frequently lost or damaged on my sticks and so having a set of spares is great for me. The rubber is strong and the caps that fit over the tungsten tips have a metal insert to stop the tip pushing through the rubber material. I have not used the curved shoe style before but I am willing to give them a go next time I am indoors visiting somewhere that needs a bit more protection to the floor. Of particular interest are the mud and snow baskets. I walk coastal paths fairly frequently and I have one stick with one of these screwed on and the other with out and notice far better performance in the sand. I have two sets of walking poles that have started showing signs of use especially on the ends.They are two different makes of poles and these accessories fitted both fine. It was just a matter of unscrewing the ends off and screwing the new ones on. I had to use pliers as the old ones were very tight.What I particularly like is there are a choice of different ends. Now I have installed them (not as tight as previously) I can easily can take the others away with us when camping and hiking and swop them depending on the surrounding terrain on the walk. So I'm not just stuck with the pre-installed attachment.The little boots are very handy for extremely steep rocky steps to get some purchase on the way down.I tried out the pole holder when storing them but probably won't use them to be truthful.In summary: They work as described, are good as quality as the existing and add more versatility.For the price (£8.99 at the time of the review) they represent excellent value as they have restored our old poles and given us other options for using them.Very happy with them.

Really handy set.Great for replacing or customising your walking sticks. My son uses walking sticks and these were greatly received.

Bei mir ist ersteres der Fall und so kam mir dieses Angebot sehr gelegen. Im Lieferumfang enthalten sind die 4 verschiedenen Aufsätze, sowie 2 Clips und die Wanderstöcke für die Lagerung miteinander zu verbinden, ohne dass sie aneinander krachen und sich dadurch zerkratzen.Die Gummipuffer "Schuhe" sind für Nordic Walking auf Asphalt und steinigen Wegen gedacht und können gut in gröberem Gelände mit Schotterwegen eingesetzt werden und halten durch das Profil auch bei Regen und MatschDie Gummipiffer "rund" hingegen sind eher für Wanderungen und Trekkingtouren im Gebirge gedacht und können da wunderbar zum Einsatz kommen.Die Schneeteller sind dafür gedacht, dass die Stöcke bei einer schneebedeckten Oberfläche nicht so schnell einsinken, daher kommen sie dort am besten zum EinsatzUnd die Schlammteller sind optimal, wenn man sehr weichen, teils auch schlammigen Boden hat, um ein einsinken zu verhindern. Im Vergleich zu den Schneetellern ist die Auflagefläche hier ohne Löcher und etwas kleiner.Was in dem Set fehlt, sind eigentlich nur noch die klassischen Asphalt Speed Puffer, die für Nordic Walking in der Stadt auf asphaltierten Wegen am Besten geeignet sind. Da ich diese aber bereits auf den Stöcken habe, besitze ich hier glücklicherweise welche. Sie wären in dem Set allerdings eine willkommene Ergänzung, die zur Grundausstattung passen würde. Die Verarbeitung der einzelnen Aufsätze ist kein Vergleich zu Markenprodukten, allerdings sind diese hier auch wesentlich günstiger. Wessen Budget nicht für teures Equipment reicht oder wer eben nur hin und wieder loszieht, kann mit diesem Set wirklich zufrieden sein. Leider haben sich bei meinen Nordic Walkingstöcken die Füßchen verabschiedet. Da die Stöcke No-Name-Produkte sind, habe ich nach gutem Ersatz gesucht und hier auch welche gefunden.Die Ersatzteile kamen gut verpackt in einer wieder verschließbaren Plastiktüte an.Enthalten sind:2x Nordic Walking Stöcke Gummipuffer2x Walking Asphalt Gummispitze2x Schlamm Teller2x Schneekorb und2x s-förmige SchnallenZu anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, ob die Füßchen auch auf meine Stöcke passen, aber siehe da! Sie passen hervorragend!Von der Verarbeitung her sind sie sehr robust und auch leicht auszutauschen, d.h. das Abziehen vom Stock ist zwar stramm, aber noch gut händelbar.Klare Kaufempfehlung!
