Yes their website said all of their oils are phthalate, paraben, and acetone free.

Q: How much fragance can I use to make soap?

When I make soap, I add it into the calculate when I formulate the ingredients - However it basically works out to about 1 to 1.5 ounces per pound of finished soap.

Q: This may sound dumb but can these be used as potpourri?

That is how I use it. I put about 10 drops in my scentsy warmer and my whole house smells amazing.
