The mold if you leave it in water for a few days is black, gray, white, and smelly: try it, April Fools will be AWESOME! As for what it's supposed to be used for, it's VERY good at relieving constipation and my body feels healthy on it.

Triphala powder is easy to consume and relatively taste better. I feel energetic and my digestion system improved drastically.

Triphala is a miracle. Works great at cleaning and removing debris from intestines. I now take twice a day. put half a gram in cup, poor in warm to hot water, let cool, drink all.

This product has helped regulate my digestion and help me to detox from small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. It has a very strong earthy taste, but you get used to it.

This is supposed to be fine powder but has rocks/stones which are about 1/4 of a centimeter in diameter. I'm going to return it. I would NOT recommend this product.

Does not seem as potent as other products I've tried. But the taste is perfect and the value is great! Love that its organic!
