(UPDATE) I have nothing but good to say about the TOMOFREE E-Bike (This is my second purchase)! First and foremost, the bike came packaged very well again, in excellent Brand new condition- as advertised- with no missing parts and the bike has much better quality tires on this second purchase! I was exceedingly surprised on how large the bike is in person and the assembly was a piece-of-cake to put together! It's really truly a great product so far since arriving 3 days earlier then the expected time- which is a MAJOR PLUS! I was shocked on how powerful the 1200w motor delivers so much thrust with little effort on the throttle and hope that it lasts a long time (I Got up to 35 MPH ). I highly recommend getting a TOMOFREE!

I've had this for 3 months and enjoyed riding about 180 total miles in that time-frame. I followed all care and maintenance instructions. On my last ride, the battery suddenly went from a full charge to completely dead. Riding this thing without battery assistance is definitely not what you want to do. Got it home, tried to charge the battery and it won't take a charge. Tried contacting the manufacturer multiple times, but I have not gotten any response via email and no one picks up if you call. I believe I just need a new battery which should still be covered under warranty but that doesn't help if I'm talking to a brick wall. A waste of $1300 for a waste of space in my garage. Anger, frustration, regret.

Excellent packaging. Very easy assembly. This bike is FAST (37mph on a straightaway) and feels great. The light is extremely bright and has fantastic coverage for night riding. The value of this set up is incredible. I bought a different brand that was about $1k more than this and this one edges it out.I also have to give extreme kudos to the company that makes them. The front fender was missing on my bike for some reason, so I reached out to them. They responded very quickly. Gave me a discount for my trouble and sent out the fender quickly. Excellent service.I can't say anything but positive stuff about this purchase and no I was not paid for my review.

I was so happy with this bike, it rode great and fast, but… After a few short trips to work and back Battery #1 died, chatted with Tomofree and the were very responsive and did some diagnosing and sent a new Battery… Battery #2 lasted even less than the other, both would not take a charge. Next we tried a new charger but still no charge. I’m now waiting for a new #3 Battery… It’s been over two months now and I got the bike to get me to work and have only been able to use it 6 times with two of those times having the bike die about a mile from work. I just hope the next fix fixes it. You only get one star but I’ll update my review when things are made right.

I absolutely love my tomofree. I did buy this bike specifically for the design, I wanted something aesthetically pleasing and almost vintage in feeling. This is my first ebike and I was not entirely sure how I'd handle the speed of something like this. Luckily this bike is fantastic. It's a smooth ride, the seat is very comfortable and it feels great over bumps. One problem I did have was that the screws for the headlight were a bit weak so I had to replace them. Other than that there have been no problems. I've ridden this bike many miles and up mountains and it handles great.

Means of driving, control, breaking, all that is great. The only problem I had is I never received a front fender, nor does my mph on my display screen work. But all in all good bike

Let me start by saying we purchased this bike on the 30 of March and it was delivered on the 6th of April packaged good and secure. The setup was super easy and only took about 25 minutes. Now after setting the bike up my son initially loved every aspect about the bike until he was riding to work a distance of about 4 miles and the battery complete shut off. We are in the process of working with the manufacturer to correct the situation but still extremely upsetting to pay so much for an e-bike and to have it have issues within a total 20 miles of it being new. Now my son is completely bummed because he has to yet again wait for a solution to make the bike work again. For now it’s a 1500 dollar paper weight! Seller sent a new battery. The new battery worked for a few days then the same problem occurred. Dead battery. No lights or power at all. When plugged into the charger charger says it’s fully charged. In process of a refund which Amazon said was allowed within thirty days. We are within the 30 margin and it’s being a real pain to make contact with Amazon or the seller for a refund now. Extremely disappointed. Do not purchase this unit

Made me pay shipping costs for parts that were under warranty. Initially claimed that shipping costs were $125 for two bike tires, which, nothing costs NEARLY that much in terms of shipping. It was clear that they wanted to make a profit off of their warranty. Additionally, they sent the wrong parts and claimed they do not have them. The battery QUICKLY DEPLETES. When I first bought it in July, the top speed was 34mph. By the time we reach December the top speed was around 27mph. Buyer beware
