Great for health
It’s oil so you have to just take it down as quick as you can. But this is cold pressed and came in the dark glass bottle. I can tell a difference when I use this regularly in my overall health. I’m also convincing my parents to use this too!

Nice product
4 stars because it is packaged in a plastic bottle. Any quality organic oil should be in dark glass.

Such a healthy oil, it’s a shame I’m not eating it.
I didn’t get this oil to consume it, though based on it’s components, it’s a super healthy oil to consume. No, for me, i got this to add into my cuticle balm and body butters that I make. I search out the best oils, with the most bang for my buck, that are going to have a significant impact on skin, hair, nails etc. This comes in a brown plastic bottle, to protect from sunlight. It mixes readily into my formula (jojoba oil, argan oil, vitamin e oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, mango butter, shea butter, and beeswax, and i replaced the olive oil with this one, due to its skin, hair, and nail-loving properties. It’s considered a superfood in this respect, and my balm is already extremely popular, even without this particular oil in. I have repeat customers.I’ve created a new batch of cuticle balms, and because I’m not eating this, i can’t taste (or smell) anything unpleasant or weird, maybe because of the essential oils i add. My cuticle balm can be used on hair, skin, heels, knees, elbows - anywhere there is dryness.I haven’t used my new batch of balm for long enough to extol the benefits of Black Seed Oil in skincare yet, but of course i will update my review, if my nails and hair drastically improve. I can say though, that it is very moisturizing, and as it’s a balm, it doesn’t soak in immediately, like a strictly oil based formula does. And when i make a batch, i use 2 OZ of each of my oils and butters, and that produces 18 cuticle balms. This bottle will help me produce 4 batches which is 72 cuticle balms, which recoups my outlay and more.
