Yes they do. The only one not listing some sort of sugar in the ingredients is the "Fennel Pepper Rub".

Only the Malabar lists onion in the ingredients.

Do any of the rubs have preservatives in them?

I asked Stevens assistant about this and here was her answer. "Looking at my bottles, I don't see anything like that. Not even an anti-caking agent"
