They seem to get slippery and don't stay in place when they get hot in the oven or grill. Going to try using two and will update soon.

Wouldn’t grip thermometers after 3-4th use

This thermometer holder is easy and quick to use. My wife likes the esthetic.

For deep frying, the unit becomes ineffective the moment any oil gets on it (and it will). The thermometer will slip out of its slot. And there is NO way to remedy this. Unfortunately, I forgot I bought these and used them for first time after return period so stuck with them.Maybe mfr should focus more on functionality and less on making them look cute.Spend the money and go with the tried-and-true metal clips.

They looked like a good idea on paper. Maybe there should be a video that explains how these beautiful orange silicone hearts are supposed to mount on a pan or grill and hold a probe without sliding off of the the edge of the pan. As they are, they serve no useful function as far as holding a probe upright while mounted on the edge of a sauce pan. I tried several different ways to no avail. I’m gonna say save your money.

It's a great product but you need a light weight thermometer. I have a heavier one which it won't hold but the lighter weight one it works fine with.
