TLDR...back pain no more on vacation.I have a spinal condition that has prevented me from sleeping on a flat mattress for about the last 12 years. At home, I have an adjustable bed. But when we go on vacation, I'm miserable. I can't sleep and when I get up in the morning I literally have to roll out of bed. It takes a long hot shower & about an hour until I can walk around pain free & standing completely upright. After that I'm good for the rest of the day, pain-wise, but I'm exhausted from not being able to sleep. I've tried propping the pillows to simulate my sleeping position at home...pillows don't stay in place. I've tried AirBnBs with the bed in the corner to try and prop pillows & blankets...that doesn't work either. I've even tried one of those cushions with the arms (like to prop you up while sitting on the floor)...not tall enough, not the right angle & didn't work.But now, holy cow!I warily purchased this wedge pillow set as a last-ditch effort to find some relief and maybe start enjoying my vacations. Not gonna lie, I balked at the price. I'm a cheap bitch & I was afraid it wouldn't work. But I took a leap of faith & landed on both feet (upright & without pain).The first morning I told my friend I had something to show her...I quickly swung my legs over the side & stood straight up off the bed. Her jaw dropped! She had seen me struggle each vacation morning for the last couple of years & couldn't believe the results. Now, I did use a heating pad the first night (as I usually do at home) but each night after I was asleep before I remembered to turn it on.There are several different positions you can arrange the 3 pieces in. I replicated the angle that my bad at home has & it was perfect.You're going to get 3 pieces...the large main piece, the wedge & a small piece. The wedge can be used in combination with the main piece in a couple of different ways to create the perfect angle for you. The small piece can be used as a neck pillow or a prop for your knees (I used it in addition to the hotel pillows). The pieces are firm & the medium gray covers are soooo soft. Plus, the covers unzip for easy removal for cleaning.NOTE: You're going to need a good pair of scissors to open the packaging. I didn't open it until the first night at the hotel. I had to borrow scissors from the front desk. Trust me, you are NOT going to tear into the plastic that these pieces are packaged in. It comes vacuum packed to save shipping space & that plastic is thick. No chance this thing is coming undone in shipping. Don't use a knife for fear of cutting into the pillows.What could make this a better bargain? As I mentioned, it ships vacuum packed. But once you break that seal you won't have the plastic packaging anymore. I'm going to try one of those storage bags that you can vacuum pack to store it in. They make travel ones that you can roll the air out of or some of them come with a kind of reverse pump that pulls air out of the bag. Hopefully that will work because it takes up a lot of room in the car otherwise. If it came with something to return it to the vacuum-packed condition it came it, it would be absolutely perfect. Speaking of the car, I'm looking forward to testing it out to make traveling in the back seat more comfortable. Usually there are 3 of us in the car but only 2 went this year. When we're back up to 3, I will resume my designated place in the back seat (I'm a car sleeper, cannot stay awake if I'm not driving) & I'm curious how it will work. I'm also looking forward to using it on my couch for reading or little cat naps.I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE!!!!

Not worth the $$.Even after "fluff time" still flat, velcro connectors are not good. Bought for use after cervical surgery, gave to the dog.

I purchased this before a pelvic surgery where I knew I would be uncomfortable and not able to do much for myself. It was worth every penny and by far the best purchase I made for recovery. First, the fact that you can change the setup pretty easily to suit your needs if you’re wanting to sleep, sit up and eat, etc. I would find myself thinking I was going to sit up and watch TV and then the narcotics would kick in and I would want to be laying flatter, which wasn’t at all hard to do, even independently! Second, the quality of the pillows. The knee pillow was especially useful because I didn’t get cramps in my legs even if I didn’t get up for a few hours. The memory foam was soft but supportive, the perfect amount of give for its purpose. Third, the versatility of this one product was incredible! The removable neck pillow was great for activities when I needed to sit up, and easily taken out of the way when I didn’t need it. The inclined position was suitable for eating without choking, which was ideal for me because sitting up straight was a challenge - I needed to be supported by the pillows. I could change to an intermediate or flat position pretty easily when I needed to and it was surprisingly comfortable! Lastly, I have a couple of tips: my cats wanted to scratch up the foam when I first got it out. I initially covered it with a twin waterproof fitted sheet, and that was a mistake. Laying on it was incredibly hot so I ended up draping a bamboo blanket over it to protect it from cats and stains and that worked well. Another tip: the part your butt sits on is a little thin. It does cushion you but not enough if you need extra support. I used an additional heavy duty memory foam cushion to suit my needs and that worked well. This product gave me a cozy setup on the couch for weeks of recovery time and made everything better. If you’re on the fence about getting this, think about how many hours of use you might get out of this and how life will be improved rather than being bed-bound.

Nice product but not really good quality for the price. one of the triangles didn’t get big stays flat.I bought them because i had surgery and im struggling with comfort and i thought this would help but i think it was a waste of money
