I thought the install was super easy and I was a bit worried initially about how sturdy the mount would be but it's very stout! I mostly bought to use the USB or SD card and thought it wasn't super obvious at first how to get it to see those devices I figured it out. The picture quality is great for the kids and the speakers are plenty loud. Will be getting some cheap headphones for each of them so they can watch their own shows 'in peace'. The instructions were helpful especially for the install. The units each seem to be built with decent quality and worked really well on a trip this past weekend.

**Update Oct. 2024**Customer service was amazing and immediately reached out via email to send out a replacement dvd player with expedited shipping. Super satisfied with my experience.We got almost a year out of it and now one of them has stopped reading the disk with a “no disk” error. Can’t seem to find any customer service information but would happily change the review if I could get troubleshooting assistance on ways to fix the error.

We used it for one road trip and it worked great! Once the battery died, we could not recharge. The wall chargers and car charger it came with did not work, so I bought two replacement cords (see in video). They didn’t work either. They power the device up enough to quickly turn on and back off while charging. When it’s not plugged in, it won’t even do this. So frustrated I spent $100. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Trips with kids, wonderful. Each one has everything you need cables, headphones, etc. Can watch same movie or not.

While my original review was negative due to a faulty screen, I want to praise the fantastic customer service with this product. I have been in contact with a representative who quickly and courteously provided me with a replacement item and it was on my front porch within days. While it’s unfortunate that technology does not always work that way that we would hope, the swift action by a company to correct it can make all of the difference. My experience turned out to be a positive one.
