This brand of CoQ10 was recommended to me by a medical professional. It is easy to take and although I can't tell this soon how effective it is, I have a good feeling that it is doing the job it is ment to do.

I take these. I can't say for sure that they work or they don't. To me if you're gonna take supplements you just take them and not think about it unless there's some adverse effect. They go down easily and the coating seems to melt away easily as well cause I touched one with my wet hand and it started melting away in my fingers. No adverse side effects seem.

I found this product easy to take, and very effective. While using Ubiqunol gels from another, well known and reliable company, I started having sporadic, slight shooting pains in my chest, something that I was not used to having in the past.
