Top quality service above them all!
I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with not only the product, but the company as a whole! Resistance bands are almost universally the same, but the brand can make all the difference! I recently purchased MummyStrength bands and I love them! I'm an avid gym rat and these things will rock your WOD! On day 1 of using the black bands, an unforeseen bubble under the surface popped when the band stretched out. I took an image of the band and reached out to MummyStrength for a replacement band. The president of the company reached out to me within an hour and had a replacement band already in the mail for 2 day shipping. I received the package 2 days later and a complimentary band on top of my replacement band was in the box! I'm extremely excited to utilize my precious bands at the gym tomorrow! I almost bought rogue bands being nearly the same price, but I took a chance on the little guy and they came through! Everyone at the gym lives my new bands as well. Take a chance on the lesser known brand with a rocking warranty system, it will save your bacon (and your investment as well). A bubble can happen on even the best brands. I will gladly purchase more from this company in the future and will encourage all whom ask to buy products from MummyStrength! UPDATE: I have now had these suckers for 3 years, and they get used EVERY DAY! I utilize them for all sorts of stretching, lifting, dancing, frolicking, and everything else you can think of. They take a beating on a constant basis, to say the least. I have been more than impressed with the quality of my MummyStrength bands. I have been asked on many occasions which brand I would purchase, WITHOUT HESITATION it is ALWAYS MummyStrength. This company is the bee's knees and know how to take care of their customers. I said it before and I will say it again: Take a chance on the lesser known brand with a rocking warranty system, it will save your bacon (and your investment as well). Cheers!

They aren't easy, but they are possible
It's been years since I have done pull ups on a regular basis. Getting back into pull ups isn't something you just "do," from my experience. I don't have the time to get to the gym to complete the full workout routines to strengthen my back enough, so these mummy bands are a real boon! There is a tiny learning curve while you get used to the assistance and enhanced swinging from the bands. Once you get past that, which only takes a few pull-up sets, you are knocking out reps. They aren't easy, but they are possible. Ando each time you hit your goal with your current band, you grab one with less assistance and hit the bar. I haven't hit zero resistance yet, but I'm well on my way. And when I am finally able to bust out 30 pull-ups on my own, the bands are there to help me on my"off " days when something just isn't right (ate wrong, slept poorly, etc. ) and to help me reach additional goals. I fully intend on using them to increase my raw strength as well by using them as a tether so that I can weigh 200lbs, but be able to pull-up more than my bodyweight. I have a 6mo old son and I can only imagine how much fun it will be to have him hanging from my shoulders as I teach him how fun exercising can be. As you can see in the picture, you can set up all your bands at once since they do not require a "perfect" angle to be effective. This makes switching from band to band in a single workout a breeze. Adding additional assistance when you hit a wall only takes a few seconds so you don't lose your momentum if you are looking to grab those last few reps before failure. And the Mummy Bands aren't just for pull-ups... no, they can be used for push-ups, squats, lunges. If it is a bodyweight workout, the bands can enhance it. As for quality, the bands are very similar to surgical tubing used by hospitals. Very durable and very strong. I expect that they will last me a very long time. And even when I do have to replace them, the price is very good. I have to go. The pull-up bar is calling.

This middle aged fat guy is doing pull ups.
I can do a lot of push ups, but I've never been good at pull ups so I never really bothered with them. A couple months ago a freind talked me into doing a Spartan Race. "come on" he says.... "it'll be fun" he says. So I signed up with a team. Then I started researching how to traing for it and found that there are a lot of obstacles that require you to "pull up". That wasn't particularly good news but I'm committed so I thought I'd better find something to help get me doing pull ups. I've seen bands before and always thought I'd like to give it a try so I bought one and I'm glad I did. At 230lbs, (with just a little practice) the blue band allowed me to start doing sets of 10 pull ups in between sets of 20 pushups after just a few days. It did take me a little practice getting in and out of the band, and learning to keep my core tight. Getting in the band the first time was challenging and pretty darn funny for anyone who might be watching, so if you can't take a joke don't try it in front of your wife and kids... :) After the first couple sets of 5 or so I noticed there was a lot of strain on my low back so you do need to focus on keeping your core tight. Now that I'm paying attention to it, I haven't had the sore back thing again and I've been using it daily for about a week. On a side note, I have some pretty chronic shoulder pain thanks to some injuries over the last couple decades. My chiropractor says it's caused by a muscle inbalance between my push/pull muscles, which I promptly ingnored since I wasn't good at the pull stuff.... But I have to say that after using the blue band for a week my shoulder is feeling a lot better. I'm already looking forward to moving down in resistance. This is a surprisingly good product. I will buy again.

Does what it is says but is expensive for the one item you get. We got a green band and it really does help with pull-up reps. Not much else to say.
