Great product! Love the weight, utility, delivery, ease of coiling, etc. However, buyer beware of pulling it out of a housed hose box with a reel guide that moves back and forth to equalize the wrap. We pulled the hose from a distance several times - as we did with rubber hoses - and the metal sheath separated and the plastic underneath exploded. Had it only two months. Be sure to manually unwind the hose with the box handle, don't pull on the hose!

I recently bought 2 of these hoses and so far I am really liking them. They are lighter than a regular, old fashioned rubber hose and much more flexible and do not kink. They are also sturdier then the newer hoses that expand when the water is on; the metal casing prevents punctures which happened many times with our last hose due to our many rosebushes.One last observation; these hoses have really good water pressure which is nice when cleaning off the side of the house or washing your car, though you can lower the pressure when watering plants.Highly recommend.

HIGHLY recommend these hoses. I've had and used them for two/three summers and they are incredibly easy to use. They are lightweight (a HUGE plus), water flow is excellent, and storage space is so much less than a regular garden hose. I've recommended them to friends and they also have found them to be excellent. YES!!! These hoses are FANTASTIC!!! I own three of them and all three are AWESOME!!!

Simply put, the most amazing hose I have ever had the pleasure of dragging around the yard, with one "but"...I've had years to perfect my hose-dragging technique to prevent snags and tangles. The 100' length of the hose, its light weight, and flexibility made it possible for me to not need one 100" hose for the front yard and another for the back. My "pathing calculations" have been reduced to extremely minimal levels, freeing me to take different routes around the yard. It is very lightweight making it easy to drag and flick the wrist to wave the sprinkle wand around. I did not use the nozzle that came with it, and it works perfectly with the spray wand I do like. It also seems reinforced on the ends to prevent leakage at the connectors, but I still prefer to drag by the hose and not the handle.The only "problem" I have with this hose is that it could be a dangerous slip/trip hazard on concrete/hard surfaces. The segmented, hard metal shell design means it does not squish when stepped on. On a hard surface, it's like stepping on ball bearings and falling is a real danger. On dirt or grass it just squishes into the ground, so no problem - but leaving it stretched out on a driveway or patio could lead to a painful accident.I would given this hose five stars if I didn't have to worry about another disabling slip and fall accident. However, I am willing to learn to not step on the hose, and the shiny silver color does make it very easy to see.

The best hose I have ever owned! I bought this back in 2023 and I am still using it now in 2025. It is absolutely a life changer. Lightweight, easy to use, super easy to store and put away. Never kinks and the nozzle goes from high power spray to light sprinkle with a turn. It is amazing and a must have. When you turn it on, it fills up with water. it is not heavy at all and easy to walk out to where you need it. As soon as you turn it off, it goes back to its original size. It’s not like the flex hoses though it’s metal but lightweight and durable.I bought some as gifts for people that I know, one friend has terrible arthritis and absolutely loves it. She no longer struggles with a big heavy hose.

We purchased 2 hoses, June 2024 and July 2024. Last year the hoses worked great. This year we have multiple leaks in both hoses. We loose water to unwanted areas. Wish I hadn’t made this purchase. Sadly these hoses only lasted one season. Not worth the money.

Light weight, no kinking and strong. Replaced "expanding" hose as it got punctured by the wood chip mulch. Not a problem for this hose. As a "senior" user, I appreciate it's light weight and ease of use "dragging" it behind me without tangling or kinking!
