I took a punt on these as my current cups were getting a little worn and I liked the splashes of colour. They're not exactly dirt cheap but they feel worth the money. They actually feel chunkier than the out of the box cups and they're very comfortable and create a good deal which helps isolate the sound really well. I'm not sure how effective the "cooling gel" aspect is as the weather is pretty cold at the moment but I personally expect it won't be much different from a standard ear cup when wearing them for extended periods. They're super easy to fit as well. You literally just twist the original ones off and twist these ones back on. Literally takes seconds and doesn't require any tech know how. All in all, if you've got one of these headsets and the cups are getting a bit raggedy or you just want a different style then this is a cheaper option than buying a brand new headset. The earpads are easy to fit on, as if I was using the regular stock earpads: as expected. The temperature regulation was actually surprising, in my opinion it stays cool (WC FreeZe) even during prolonged use. Its material feels high quality, but the actual part of the pad touching your face can feel a little scratchy, so I don't recommend the product if you have particularly sensitive skin (I think the non-cooling tech version has the soft leather around the entire pad and will be 'more comfortable'), especially when considering the price. For which I say, if you have the money for it, buy it and you won't be disappointed. Something else I found apart from the slightly higher bass + small increase in overall sound quality was the fact that it reduces the amount of leaking sound, and not just a little. Good product, really happy with it. Would buy again.

I have had these for over well over a year now and they have just started to fall apart. Could easily be fixed with some glue but the amount of use I have had out of these its expected wear and tear. The fit is perfect. Easy installation. I am not really sure I can tell the different between the gel version of these. They are no cooler than the standard options. Very comfortable and great replacement set.

The product came as described, well built and comfortable. Easy to install after removing the old cushions. Similar to other reviews the “cooling” effect doesn’t last, but this doesn’t make the product worthless, they are still comfortable and aren’t too hot or tight and I have a large-ish head. If the factory cushions are broken or worn these are a worthwhile investment assuming they last. I’ve had mine for a month or so now and have had no issues or apparent wear and tear.

I have had these for over a year now and they are great. I am a gamer so any headphones I use see extended use over their lives. Installing these day one was easy, just twists straight on no problem. They fit snugly y around my ear creating a good seal so there’s no sound leak and not to emotion the mesh material provides a nice temperature so my ears are never on fire after an intense session (something you might see with leather). After 1 year they still look brand new and haven’t gone flakey or squished, overall these were a worth while purchase especially for the money.

I couldn't believe how easy these were to fit and how much better quality they were than the originals. The padding is much more comfortable over long periods of use. They look great, sound great, and work perfectly. They've given my older headset a brand new lease of life.

The standard cushions that came with my headset were slightly too thin so these added the perfect amount of thickness to make it extremely comfortable, and while I can't say how effective the cooling gel is, the fabric of the cushions make them great for longer sessions.
