Poor packaging
Update: the company reached out to me and offered to credit or replace the product. I chose replacement since I was still in need of the item. It arrived in a timely manner. Sealed with no leaks. Weight of the item is correct as well. Communication was great and shipping time was short. This is a fantascic company with a nice product. I would not hesitate to order from them again. I was not asked to update my review but am doing so because they deserve it. Previous review:Product is correct and works well. It leavked all over the box during shipping due to a faulty seal. Lost about 6 ounces.

Excellent for soap!
I used this in my cold process soap and it worked beautifully. Usually I order from a wholesaler, but I ran out early and didn’t have time to wait 2 weeks for shipping. Happy to have found this affordable, high-quality, sustainably sourced palm oil available with prime.

Excellent quality! however packing might be an issue.
The 4 stars are for the quality of the product...excellent, creamy, makes flakey, exceptional pie crust! I did not give 5 stars because there must have been some trouble in the packing part of the operation. The container was only about half-full. I have emailed the company about the problem and hope to hear back from them soon.

Excellent quality delivered as promised!
I was so happy that I was able to order this huge container of sustainable palm oil for a recipe that I needed for baking vegan/gluten free cookies for my son who has EOE. ! It was delivered the NEXT day, and exactly as described. Thank you! The cookies were delicious!

Best palm oil to buy!
I love this palm oil! I like that it’s from here in the US and it’s all I use for high heat frying. I tried others from other countries and had to throw them out.
