I spend quite a bit of time in the kitchen. These cut like a razor blade, sharpen easily, fit my hands well (do they make them left handed?!) and I’ve used them from cutting packing to produce and meat. I e owned 3 other pair of “high end” brands and these outshine them all. Oh, and you can toss them in the dishwasher as their is no plastic to discolor!

These scissors are definitely sturdy. The sharpness makes them excellent kitchen scissors. My one complaint is the grips are a bit too narrow and cause some discomfort. If I were to be in the market again for kitchen scissors, I would probably purchase a different pair.
