Short in terms of length and narrow in terms of width. The surface often gets filled with air and large bumps form in the product while exercising which makes it a bit annoying. The mat is a bit week as it deforms easily. Other than the aforementioned points, it is a good product.

Read in many reviews for other low price mats that they tear… so bought this… its made in China…. Looks like good quality… thickness 1.5inch Bot it for my daughter gymnastics ! Wish they had colours

More expensive than other matts but worth it. I've been jumping on it for over a year, and even thrown heavy dumbells on it, and it has not shown any sign of wear and tear. Very comfortable if your doing any exercises while on your back as well. Difference between this and other matts I've used is night and day. If anything ever happens to it I would not hesitate to just buy it again, but so far it looks just as new as the day I got it.

This is a good exercise mat; plenty thick enough to substantially reduce shock to the joints/body while fast-paced stepping in place. The mat would be even better if it were a bit firmer. I would rate it as 80% firm. Proiron calls the mat "anti-slip", but it still slips some on laminate flooring, even though I have put down sticky mat between the exercise mat and the floor. Nevertheless, I would still purchase this mat all over again.
