Opossums to the Rescue (Awesome Opossum Stories) Paperback – August 11, 2021

This book is absolutely precious. I bought it for a friend and her child who have opossum visitors on their rural property, but I’m buying another to keep on hand because it’s that cute. The illustrations could not be more precious, and the story is sweet and engaging. The text is language-rich while still being understandable to young children. Babies and toddlers will enjoy looking at the pictures of the animals, while older toddlers and elementary aged children can follow along and help momma opossum find Mouse’s family. Clearly, I love this book and am very glad I bought it.

Present for my granddaughter. She loves it

This story is both incredibly sweet and also very informative. Your child will be introduced to many forest friends in their natural habitats. The illustrations are precious too. I really recommend reading the first two books, Opossum Opposites and Mama Opossum’s Misadventures as well. They work incredibly well together. There is so much kids can learn about the many misunderstood nocturnal animal friends.

This little book is absolutely perfect for my kiddo. They absolutely loves it especially since they are obsessed with possums. It became one of their favorite books to read before bedtime.

I thought I knew quite a bit about Opossums. Wrong! There was so much information presented in an easy to read fun way. Love this book.

Very pleased with book

We enjoyed Book 3 as much as the first books of the series. It's a perfect book for animal lovers like us, we loved discovering all the new friends the opposum family made on the way while searching for the little mouse's own family! The art is beautiful and gives the story a magical touch. Well done!
