I'm so glad I bought this book stand!! I lead a book study on Zoom with a heavy, large book, (The Way of Mastery) and this stand works crazily well after my partner bent the page-holder arms a bit to loosen them. Writing this reminds me I can take my former lightweight stand into the kitchen for smaller recipe books, perhaps. If you need a heavy duty Book Stand, I imagine you'll like this one.

I got this on my counter but one of the lips that hold the recipe is bent and won't stay on the recipe. I think it may be damaged. I tried to bend it down. It is better than it was but not 100%...and there is a Crack in the wood
