Have been taking Apigenin & L Theanine for a week. It works great. I fall asleep easily and completely through the night. Highly recommended

Huge Sleep Improvement W/ One Drawback
Been using this for the last month and have seen huge improvements in sleep. However I've also experienced wildly vivid and disturbing dreams (lifelong sleep walker so I'm prone to it apparently). Suspect that L-Theanine is the culprit and will be trying an Apigenin only supplement by itself for awhile. Still, much more consistent sleep than with melatonin or any other supplements.
