I have been using it from three days and the rice cooker is working fab. Easy to cook and the rice could be kept warm. Has two modes which makes it easy to operate. Has instruction manual. Cooking time for 5 cups or rice is around ~ 20mins.

The non-stick pot is extremely helpful no burning or sticking issues. Cleaning is also easy. At this price point, excellent choice. I like there door step service. Poor quality, rice not cooking properly, sticking in the bowl, bowl non stick coating is very poor quality

Cooks rice well but if you continue in warm mode bottom rice gets dark brown.

Cuckoo rice cooker is really very efficient and reliable. Rice banta hai perfect– na zyada soft, na hard, bilkul perfect texture. Ek baar isme chawal bana liya, toh aap dobara koi aur cooker use hi nahi karenge – na normal rice cooker, na pressure cooker. Taste bhi bahut accha aata hai. Keep warm function bhi best hai – chawal garam aur fresh rehta hai for many hours after cooking. Sabse badi baat, isko clean karna bahut easy hai. Pehle jo rice cooker use karta tha, usme upar ka part sirf wipe karna padta tha. Lekin is mein top lid detachable hai, aap easily nikaal ke wash kar sakte ho aur fir se lagaa sakte ho. Bahut hi convenient feature hai. Customer support bhi helpful hai. Overall, ekdum value for money product hai. Definitely worth buying.
