Could this be used on a Softub hot tub as a hi limit sensor?

I'm using this sensor with a ink bird PID controller, with essentially the same application, in that it is a high limit sensor

Will this work for pitboss copperhead series 5

Not sure; can't find enough technical details on the Series 5 RTD to know if it's compatible. Series 5 sensors seem to be easy to source (Amazon even) and will have the correct mounting bracket.

Same question as another user. I have a wiring diagram that instructs "(+)" and "(-)" terminals. Red wires have blue connectors. Clear wire has red?

Go by the color of the wires. + is single wire, - are the other two.
