I love this camera! It works great in our conference room. It was very simple to set up - basically just plugs and plays. It's a little creepy at first how you see the lense turn to whomever is speaking. But the remote participants really appreciate it as it helps zoom in on the speaker and sometimes it can be hard to tell with a full room. I've used it in Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, and GotoMeeting and it works well in all the applications. There is a small remote control (see picture) that let's you adjust the volume and tweak the zoom and focus on the fly when conditions change. Basically, the video is clear, the sound is plenty loud enough and overall it's fast and responsive making it a great value for the money.

Requires a PC, and is not for large rooms! Bought this to add teams room capabilities to a large touch screen in a collaboration room. Had to have a PC on the touch screen anyway, so this added Teams Room capabilities without a huge additional investment. Camera tracking is OK. Video quality is OK (it’s definitely not 4k resolution, and no ‘beam forming’ microphones, but for a small to medium sized conference room, it’s a good product for a great price with little setup effort required (mount it and plug it into computer).

Love this video conference system! Setup was easy. Connected to flat screen TV and a laptop easily. Great sound and picture on both ends!

The MeetUp is simply great. The wide angle camera captures the whole conference table without too much warping, it has a really premium build quality, an excellent remote, and the sound quality is impressive. I haven't experienced a beamforming mic array that works so well before, and you also have the option of a mic expansion pod if that wasn't enough. And the digital zoom is impressively lossless thanks to 4K. If you have a small 5-6 person room, you can't do better than the MeetUp at that price. I can't imagine a better device for huddle rooms. I've purchased several of these for my company and we use them with the Zoom Rooms solution. For small rooms, this device just makes sense. The wide angle lens allows you to put the conference table close to the TV without cutting off the closest seats from the field of view. Just beware, this isn't the ideal device for a larger room. If you have seating over 6, you'll want to get a Group, an AVer, or something else more suitable for a large room.

The meetup system works well with the Logitech touch screen meeting system. This system is traditionally purchased from Logitech as a whole for much more than each item costs individually, on Amazon. You will need a NUC mini PC, the logitech Tap touch screen, plus the image for the PC from the Logitech support site. This also requires a Microsoft Teams Rooms license per device in order to work. The camera quality is very nice, and the sound is generally good that comes out of the speakers. Very good setup if you know what you are doing.

We have owned this for 16 months and it gets little use in our conference room We use it maybe once every 3 weeks or so. We own a number of the small Logitech cameras in our office attached at each desk and they are okay, but we were seeking a much higher quality solution. We thought we found a great solution (at almost 17x the cost) with this camera. At first it worked great and was very sharp. Recently the focus has been lost and it is fuzzy. This camera has never been moved, dropped etc. Clearly it is a manufacturing defect. Regrettably, Amazon would not facilitate a simple exchange of this expensive product. They told us to contact Logitech directly and Logitech has given us the complete runaround. Logitech has the chance to make good by exchanging this gently used product but we cannot seem to get them on the phone. Terrible customer service from both companies which is surprising to me. Usually Amazon is great and I have never dealt with Logitech other than buying a whole bunch of their smaller cameras as we give them to our clients as gifts. Logitech's customer service is completely lacking. Both companies have a chance to show they do the right thing and this review will be updated. Please think before you waste your money on this.

I play D&D with the family and one child went off to college. We bought one of these for him to continue to play with us on weekends. I connect a TV to my computer and do a Teams meeting so he can see the table and we can see him on his webcam. The microphones work well, and the lens and zoom features work excellent. The picture quality seems to be good. It worked right out of the box with Windows 11 and wasn't crazy overpriced. Good purchase.

Easy to use, super quality. The camera was plug and play on the Mac. I use it with Zoom conference services. Purchased this model for the expanded field of view. The expansion Mic is awesome. Sound reception is incredible (almost too good, left the conference room for a private conversation and the mic picked up the conversation for all the online meeting participants to hear) I only wish it had a longer cord. The connection is micro usb and i have been unable to find a compatible extension.

Initially had an issue with the order since we only received the conference camera however the issue was resolved quickly by the vendor. The product is original and working well in our office for conferences. Thank you.

Esta genial el equipo, el enfoque, el audio todo bien. Para evitar eco o que no se escuche si debe estar en una oficina pequeña en una sala de junta grande no. Muy recomendable
