I have loved using this keyboard, but there are some issues with functioning. I will charge the keyboard until I get the green light, and it will still not turn on. I have even bought a second one thinking something was wrong with my first one, but it did the same thing. It just stopped working.

I wanted to like this keyboard but I can’t. It does everything it is supposed to, but when you have to scroll using 2 fingers something happens and it causes your web browser to zoom in or out. So I guess if you don’t plan on using tge touchpad it will work well.

I purchased this keyboard for my Surface Pro 4 on Sept 2nd, 2023 and it stopped working about mid Nov. The charge stopped holding. I looked up the return procedure and noticed the return window closed Oct 2nd, 2023. I called and left a message. They did call back and made a suggestion to charge it fully and directly into a wall outlet. Charger turned green, but once I connected it to my tablet it turned red and shut off. I tried it again about a dozen times. Deeming it dead. Horrible life span of charger-I lost my $. Unacceptable service to consumers who are struggling right now to make ends meet. Do not recommend this product or seller.
