“Finally an Iron Supplement My Little One Actually Likes!”
I’m so glad I found the NovaFerrum Yummy Pediatric Iron Drops! Giving supplements to little ones can be a struggle, but the raspberry flavor makes this one so much easier. My toddler takes it without fuss, which is a huge win. I also appreciate that it’s sugar-free, gluten-free, and gentle, which helps me feel confident about using it. The dropper is easy to use and makes measuring the 1 mL dose simple and quick. We use this daily, and the auto-delivery option every 3 months is super convenient so I never run out. Overall, this is a high-quality iron supplement that’s easy to give and made with thoughtful ingredients. Definitely a great choice for infants and toddlers who need an iron boost!

As a mom, I highly recommend it!
As a mom, I always look for the best for my child, and I absolutely love this NovaFerrum liquid iron supplement. The taste is pleasant, so I had no trouble getting him to take it, which is super important to me. It didn't cause him any stomach upset or constipation, and it doesn't stain his teeth. The packaging is practical and easy to use, and it gives me great peace of mind knowing that it's a supplement specifically designed for babies and children. It's been an excellent experience, and I will definitely continue buying it. I recommend it to other moms who are looking for an effective and easy-to-administer iron supplement for their little ones. 💕👶

Not a bad taste!!!
My wife and I were recommended this exact brand by my child's peditrician and it has helped her so much. Her iron is no longer low, she never got constipated or any other side effects. However, we did use it as her Peditrician recommended. We also tried it to see what it taste like and it is not awful, so when we first gave it to her she was hesitant, however after taking it and realizing it did not have that bad medicine taste she takes it easily.

Tastes better than the others
Our 13 month old hated his iron drops. He seems to think these ones are pretty good. Would definitely recommend if you've got a little one who doesn't like their iron supplement

Great supplements!
When my son was first born his iron was really low. No matter what we did it seemed to hover at the same number. We decided to give it a go with these and it worked wonders! He didn’t mind the taste and we saw his number start to jump up. I’m late reviewing but still wanted to do this because these do work! Would be a 5 star except I feel the pricing is a little too high.

Well tolerated... hoping the labs results demonstrates efficacy
Appears to be tolerated superbly. Hoping it regulates the ferritin levels appropriately for our toddler. Update - May 2015 Blood lab results for our 8 month old preemie, IUGR, SGA (Intrauterine growth restricted, small for gestational age due to pre-eclampsiaa) confirm that ferritin, HGB, Hematocrit appear normal after several months on NovaFerrum. A big thank you to NovaFerrum for creating such a well-tolerated, vital pediatric supplement. Our infant enjoys sucking on dropper to receive pediatric liquid i.e., taste is not an issue. Began NovaFerrum introduction by adding to bottled breast-milk. Wanted to ensure daily dose was received so switched / tested direct dropper oral dosing. BM's sometimes appeared a little dark, possibly firm... reduced dose to .75 ml to avoid / alleviate potential constipation. Previously used Albion Ferrochel (a chelated de-ionized) iron powder on first child; however, it produced serious infant constipation and caused withholding problem for child 1 For breastfeeding mothers - especially those who go beyond six months with "exclusive" breastfeeding, I believe iron supplements such as Nova Ferrum are critical for low-birthweight newborns to avoid anemia. However, don't trust me - instead google the WHO information on iron-deficiency anemia in infants - almost tragic how easy to avoid and how serious the deficiency outcomes. ps. (pardon the digression) In the course conducting iron research, I also began realizing (based on WHO sources and other European medical info.) how significant iodine deficiency is for infants --- including our own children. Google this topic. Again, tragic outcomes for iodine deficiency and so easy to prevent... appears that our low-iodized salt diets over the past several decades are creating the problems... yes, yes, we eat too much salt in our food, but's it's the inexpensive, plain salt... Hence infants / children often don't receive enough iodine... and moreover... a breastfeeding mother requires even more daily iodine (via food or supplements) while breastfeeding compared to the time during pregnancy... quite rare to view a requirement go up AFTER pregnancy... but it perhaps the solubility and consumption rates of breastfeeding infants. Hope these thoughts inspire your research. FYI -- many pediatricians don't discuss IRON or Iodine since most mothers appear to breastfeed for less than six months... hence, infants switch to fortified milk formula. Quite ironic that many pediatricians don't highlight these vital nutritional supplements for new *breastfeeding* mothers, especially considering the American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends breastfeeding through age 1 and avoiding "bovine" milk until age 1.... doubly true for low-birthweight, pre-mature infants. Sure, you'll often be advised to give your newborn vitamin D and/or poly-vi sol drops. But the latter tastes awful, ferrous sulphate is constipating on their delicate GI systems, and ruins their tasting associations with breastmilk. Given the tragic outcomes of these easily preventable deficiencies, I would encourage NovaFerrum to market to NICUs and pediatric offices... highlighting some of my above points about breastfeeding mothers. Also, you might expand your product line to create a quality-controlled dose of pediatric iodine liquid supplement... which doesn't appear in the marketplace.

taste is toddler approved & it works great!
Our pediatrician recommended this to us & boy am I sure glad he did! The ONLY iron supplement that our kiddo will take. (We have tried numerous brands) No fighting, mixing, or trying to trick him into taking this one. He doesn’t mind the taste of it and it’s working great for him! Highly recommend!!

No bad taste.
Doesn’t taste bad at all. Better than the drops for my first kiddo.
