Q: What is the difference between this and the Elizavecca cer-100 collagen coating hair protein treatment 100ml?

I’m not 100% but this sounds more like a softening/moisturizing conditioner. The protein treatment is a deeper mask and is amazing for strengthening/restoring easily broken hair.

Q: Where is the directions?

They're in Korean , use like you would a normal deep conditioner

Q: Is this just for hair conditioner?

Yes! This is hair conditioner rinse, meant to be used after shampoo. Japanese and Korean products seem to call their conditioners treatments. It kind of makes sense in a way; you are treating your hair after shampooing which usually strips your hair and scalp to some degree. If you want the protein treatment, that stuff only comes in the tubes. Anyways, hope this helps!

Q: Can this be a leave in treatment? Why wash it out?

No. It'll leave behind massive amounts of residue if you leave it in without washing it. If you leave it in I suggest only your ends and for max up to 1Hr at most. This is basically a deep conditioner and it works really really well so you only need a little because it goes a very long way
